Creating a Solid from a Planar Curve

To create a solid from a planar curve (Cyclone body) navigate to the menu New Entity > Generation > Revoution (see Fig. crossref).

In the Construction by Revolution menu (see Fig. crossref) make a following modification:

  1. Rename Name to Cyclone-rotPart.
  2. Set the Objects to Cyclone-sketch.
  3. Set the Axis to Z (OZ in the Object Browser).
  4. Set the Angle to 360 degrees.
  5. Click Apply and Close.
