Fixed velocity family of inlet boundary conditions simply prescribes velocity components. Inlet data may vary either with respect to radius of inlet patch, or with respect to height of the inlet patch. Velocity components can be both of axial, radial and tangential coordinates, and also of Cartesian (xyz) coordinates.
