Preprocessing
In order to define finer or coarser mesh with different number of nodes on neighbouring patches, we will divide the computational domain into two zones, see picture .
On the mesh interface (marked with red dots, see picture ) we will use the cyclicAMI boundary condition which
interpolates the quantities to interfaces where the nodes are not fitting
allows movement of neighbouring parts of the mesh.
